About Products –

– Is your product is 100% made in INDIA ?

Yes, it is. Design, manufacturing, packaging, and fulfilment are done in Mumbai.   

– Can I sit on chair and stool as an adult ?

Yes, our products are officially rated for up to 60 Kgs. Use your own judgment! Both the chairs and stools work for adults, but stools are usually more convenient because they don’t have a back

What do I do if my X&Y table wobbles ?

First, try the table on another surface; it may just be the floor that’s uneven. The X&Y table is designed to compensate for a certain amount of unevenness. To fix any unevenness, place the table where you want it, identify the high legs, place your hands on the table top above the high legs and push down with a hard, sharp push. This will even out the legs.

Can I use X&Y products outside ?

We do not recommend or guarantee our products for outdoor use.

How should I clean my X&Y products ?

You should wipe your X&Y furniture clean it with damp cloth.

How sturdy the joints are ?

We once assembled and disassembled one of our chairs 100 times and we didn’t see any issues. If you have concerns with your furniture’s joints please mail us.

Will I have to assemble my product when it arrives ?

Please be aware that most of our products require assembly as they are sent flat-packed to minimize damage in transit. We include assembly instructions b in the box .

Does X&Y provide any warranties on its products ?

X&Y offers 7 days warranty on all of our products. X&Y will, at its discretion, repair, replace, credit or refund the original purchaser in satisfaction of this warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover wear, tear or damage caused by use, accident or failure to follow care instructions. Any modifications made to the product will void the warranty. This is valid for 7 days from the date of the order and is only available to the original purchaser of the product only. A video graphic proof while opening the package on receipt of the same will be appreciated for claiming the credit or refund to the customer.

How do I purchase a product from X&Y ?

Shopping at X&Y is super easy – just follow these steps:

  1. Select any product, either by browsing the different sections of the website, or using the search box in the top Centre of the website.
  2. View the selected product and click on the photograph to zoom in and see details. You can also view the product specifications on the lower half of the product page.
  3. Select a product and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to complete your order.
  4. When you click on “check out” you will be required to register as a customer (which doesn’t take long, and it saves you having to enter your address and other details when you place your next order!) or login if you have already purchased from us. If you have forgotten your password simply click on the password request and you will have a new password sent to you straight away.
  5. Select a payment method: Cash on Delivery (additional charges applied for this), Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, NEFT / Bank Transfer, UPI (BHIM, Paytm, GPay, PhonePe or any other banking app) – or enter your gift voucher code if you have one
  6. Confirm your order.
  7. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Are the prices on the website inclusive of taxes ?

Yes, the prices on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

Do I need to pay for GST and other taxes at the time of checkout ?

No, you do not have to pay additional taxes/ GST at the time of checkout for all
Domestic orders. The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.

However, incase of International shipping any taxes/duties etc., if applicable, will have to be borne by you.

Do I need to pay for shipping charges at the time of checkout?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered, as well as the chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain total amount. The threshold for free shipping is RS 1500

– Can I use discount code on my order ?

If you have a valid discount code, you MUST use it to get the discount. Enter the discount code in the box labelled ‘Gift vouchers and promo codes’ at the time of checkout. If you do not enter a valid discount code at the time of checkout, we cannot give you that discount or refund you the amount of the discount after your order is completed.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes cannot be used for sale products, to purchase gift vouchers or in conjunction with any other promotion. If our website is not processing your discount after a valid discount code is entered, or if the discount code entered is not accepted when you click Apply code , then please email your order together with your discount code to snehal@xny.green

What payment options do you accept on the website ?

For your convenience, we accept payment by all major payment solutions, such as UPI(BHIM, Paytm, GPay, PhonePe or any other banking app), credit cards, debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery (additional charges applies).

Do you offer cash on delivery ?

Yes, cash on delivery is available on selected pin codes within India only. Please pay
the full order amount to the shipping provider at the time of delivery.

Is it safe to key in my bank account and card details on your website ?

Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use leading payment gateway
providers that have end to end encryption and two factor authentication. At no point
during the payment process do we manage your bank/card details neither do we
store your bank/card details after the order is placed.

Are my personal details safe on the website ?

Yes, we take utmost care in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We
do not sell your information to any third-parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

How can I cancel my order ?

We hope that this situation does not arise. However, in case you wish to cancel the
order, please call +91-83699 97983. Please note that you can cancel an order only
within 24 hours of placing the order before it is sent for processing.

What if an item is out of stock ?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times
when unexpected demand exceeds our supply. You may write to us at
snehal@xny.green for an enquiry about a product which is not in stock and we
will be happy to assist you.

How close to the image are the actual colors on the garment ?

Great care has been taken to ensure true accuracy of all product colors shown on our website. We only photograph the genuine item that you will receive. However please note, colors, shades and wood grains can appear different on your computer or phone depending on your personal color settings.
