- What is X&Y? – X&Y is specially designed for Kids, furniture made from wood, perfect for children’s bedrooms, playrooms, or schools. It includes items like cribs, table & chairs, toy storage and many more.
- Why to choose X&Y wooden furniture for kids? – X&Y Wooden furniture is a perfect choice for kids because it’s sturdy, durable, and can last for many years. It also has a classic and timeless look that can suit various room styles and schools. Plus, it’s eco-friendly & sustainable!
- What is weight holding capacity – All products of X&Y can hold weight up to 60kg
- Can X&Y products be personalized or painted? Yes, we have both the options available. We can personalize it with your child’s name on the product which you can give while doing checkout for which it cost around 300/- for personalization. And for paint we are having 6 colour options which you can choose while placing the order, and also we use non-toxic paints and finishes that are safe for kids.
- How do I care for products? – Taking care of wooden furniture is easy! Wipe it with a damp cloth to clean up spills and dust regularly. Avoid using harsh chemicals, and make sure the furniture is placed away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity.
- How do I choose the right furniture for my child? – Consider your child’s age, needs, and the available space when choosing furniture. Opt for pieces that are age-appropriate, functional, and have a design that your child will love. Measure the space to ensure the furniture fits comfortably. - Will I have to assemble my product when it arrives? – Please be aware that most of our products require assembly as they are sent flat-packed to minimize damage in transit. We include assembly instructions in the box .
- Does X&Y provide any warranties on its products ? – X&Y offers 7 days warranty on all of our products. X&Y will, at its discretion, repair, replace, credit or refund the original purchaser in satisfaction of this warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover wear, tear or damage caused by use, accident or failure to follow care instructions. Any modifications made to the product will void the warranty. This is valid for 7 days from the date of the order and is only available to the original purchaser of the product only. A video graphic proof while opening the package on receipt of the same will be appreciated for claiming the credit or refund to the customer.

- What is the minimum order value required to place an order? – There is no minimum order value.
- How do I check my order status? – You can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 8369997983 comprising order ID and the name of the customer given while ordering the product.
- How long will it take to receive an order? – The products are shipped in 7 working days,
Deliveries are done by third-party carriers like Delivery, Blue Dart, DTDC etc. so delivery timelines will depend as per pickup and destination locations.
- Can I get my order delivered faster? – Yes, you can just drop the mail at email@example.com or contact 8369997983.
- Can I change/cancel my order? – Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order ID and the name of the customer given while ordering the product, order update details (products to be cancelled or to change anything in the product) along with the reason of cancellation or change.
- Can I change the personalize name after placing the order? – Yes, you can change it within 24-48 hours after placing the order. The changes you can mail us email@example.com or contact 8369997983.
- Can I return/replace my order? – Yes, you can but only if there are specific reason or if the product is damaged in transit. Also, if the product is personalized then we can’t replace or can’t accept the return request, it will not be possible for us to make any edits to the same.
- How do I report a missing item from my order? – You are required to report any missing item on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 8369997983 within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof.
- What do I do if an item is different from what I ordered? – You are required to report any discrepancy in your order by emailing us at email@example.com or contact 8369997983 within 24 hours of receiving the order along with unboxing video and images of the products received, for us to evaluate the issue.
- What if an item is out of stock ? – We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demand exceeds our supply. You may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an enquiry about a product which is not in stock.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
- What products are eligible for return/exchange? – Currently, we only accept returns or exchange product(s) damaged during manufacturing or while in transit. We ask for an image or video to help us evaluate the defects.
- How will I get the refund for return in case of pre-paid order? – For pre-paid orders, we will refund the amount back to the payment source through which the payment was made but if the product is in good condition
- When will I receive the refund for a returned order? – Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned goods.
- How will I get a refund if I have paid through Cash on Delivery? – For Cash on Delivery payments, we will ask you for the preferred online mode of receiving refund amount (Paytm, GPay, Online bank transfer) as we cannot refund via cash at the moment.
