Shipping and delivery

– What are the shipping options available?

We offer standard shipping for all orders, and for customers who need their orders urgently, we also provide expedited shipping at an additional cost. For expedited shipping, you shall get in touch with us directly on our contact number or email id.

– How long will my order take to arrive ?

On placing the order, it is dispatched within 12 working days. We will notify you of the delivery date by our shipping partner as soon as the shipment is dispatched from our end. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the delivery address is mentioned with a landmark and receiver’s name and contact details.

– What is the typical delivery time for orders?

The delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the shipping option selected. Typically, our standard shipping takes between 7 to 10 business days (within India) & 3 to 4 business days (within Mumbai). Moreover, an expected delivery date is notified to you with the tracking details of the package by our shipping partners on your contact number given at the time of placing the order.

Can I track my order ?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your contact number given at the time of placing the order. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package. If you do not receive the tracking details on or before 12th / 13th day of placing the order, you may get in touch with our customer service team on the email or contact number.

– What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered, as well as the chosen shipping method.

– Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you may please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before the shipment is processed.

– Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain total amount. The threshold for free shipping is RS 1500

– What if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately, preferably with photographic & videograhic evidence of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund, whatever is decided at our discretion.

– Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been processed. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance with order cancellations.

– What if I’m not home during the delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. You can then follow the instructions on the notice to reschedule the delivery or arrange for pickup from the nearest courier facility.
