SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 12 working days depending on the product ordered. We will notify you of the delivery date as soon as the shipment leaves our fulfilment centre. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Delivery of the orders will be made only to the address mentioned during the check-out process. Please ensure that the delivery address with a landmark and receiver’s name and contact no. Details for your order is accurate and complete.
All products are dispatched via track and trace courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number which will link to our courier’s web page so that you can keep an eye on progress. If you have not received your tracking email yet, please check your spam folder first as sometimes these emails can end up in the spam folder.
Delivery fees are based on the product purchased and the delivery address postcode. We have provided a shipping estimate box on all our product pages. If your chosen product has colour choices, please select the colour you would like from the drop down menu (just click the colour – you do not need to add to cart) and then enter your postcode on the top right of the screen to get a shipping quote. If you wish to purchase many different items you can also ask for a quote when you go to check out by putting in your postal code and a freight price will show.
For domestic orders placed on www.xny.green, returns can be made free of charge. All you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled and have the original tags in place. To place a request for return, please send an email on hello@xny.green.com, within 15 days from the date of purchase and we would have the items collected from you. Please place the garments in their original cloth drawstring pouch and hand it over to the pickup courier executive. No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in the following scenarios: (i) those on sale, (ii) those with a discount code, (iii) those via international orders or (iv) those through cash on delivery, (v) those bought in exhibitions or pop ups. The exchange option is not available for online purchases. Nonetheless, you can always return your order for free within the established return period and place another order.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process. Please note that for orders paid by cash on delivery, no returns or refunds are possible.
